Default [6.64] Actions to select previous or next track envelope ignore selected track

The following actions
- Track: Select next envelope
- Track: Select previous envelope
ignore the selected track.

Whenever the track selection changes, they either jump to the first or second to last envelope of all tracks depending of which action was used. If I select some random track and use the "Select next envelope" action, the first envelope of all tracks will be selected. If I use the other action, the second to last envelope of all tracks will be selected. As long as the track selection doesn't change, the actions work ok - they move to the next envelope (even between tracks). I believe the "jumping to first or last envelope whenever a different track is selected" behavior is useless and is a bug. I would expect these actions to select the first or last envelope of the selected track(s) when the track selection changes.
If however this behavior is not a bug, I'd like to request the inclusion of following actions (or something along those lines - as long as it takes into account track selection changes):
- Track: Select next envelope. Selects first envelope of selected track(s) when track selection changes
- Select previous envelope. Selects last envelope of selected track(s) when track selection changes

I'm on Win10 x64 and Reaper x64
