Default Automatic loudness matching across inserted plugins

* Summary/Request
Would it be possible to make loudness matching across the plugin chain an integral part of Reaper?

* Benefit
In the human brain, louder = better. Therefore when inserting a plugin, we must manually gain-stage across it so that we are not fooled by loudness. Very few plugins have this built-in, so we must use 3rd party plugins like AB_LM, or try to clumsily A/B by manually adjusting the output of the plugin.

* Reason
To be the first DAW (as far as I know) to implement this feature natively and seamlessly, and to make everyone have beautiful happiness feelings when they can more easily listen to what a plugin is really doing to the signal.

* Implementation Suggestion
I have no idea how this could be programmed. I only know that it should be a standard feature in every single DAW, and it's crazy how it is not. It would make sense that it is an toggle option in the FX window though.

Thanks!

Loudness is not very easy to compute. We have VU, RMS, EBU, LUFS, and peak meter measurements, and none of them are the last word in measuring perceived loudness at all frequencies and levels. This is getting into psychoacoustics territory...

That said, some Tokyo Dawn Labs plugins seem to do it remarkably well.

Don't get me wrong, it would be very convenient; I'm not opposed to it. It would be a time saver in a lot of use cases.
