Default Reaper & ERM Multiclock

Hi,

Is anyone using an ERM Multiclock with Reaper?

For whatever reason I cannot get it to sync with Reaper. The Multiclock is unable to generate sync from audio out which is strange. The audio out will run the clock but there is lots of jitter and the Multiclock reads the tempo as "ERR".

I got it running instantly using the exact same hardware and Bitwig. I am not sure where I am going wrong with it. I really don't want to stop using Reaper because it is so wonderful working with audio but syncing it with hardware and various video playback set-ups has been a nightmare.

Any help would be appreciated!!!!

Does anyone have any experience using an ERM Multiclock with reaper? I hate incorporate another daw into my work flow but am having a hard time syncing Reaper with additional hardware and software I need to use.

For anyone who may have this question in the future, the multi-clock is working perfectly with Reaper. I have no idea what I changed in my set-up to make it stop showing the "ERR" message and find sync but it worked all day today no issues.

I am hoping that I will be able to send MTC back from the Multiclock to make non-lethal audio (poorly named) video slave work with Reaper.

So when you ran the audio out to the ERM...How did you mute that obnoxious buzzing clock signal in the monitor without cutting the signal to the ERM?

I tried the "pre-fader" option in the "hardware output" submenu within the "Route" drop down menu...no luck!

That doesn't seem to work when the send is to a hardware output.

Unticking that does work when routing to another track, though.

Sorry for the slow response.
In the track routing untick the master send and make the send pre-fader.
