Default Docker boundaries not used in Screensets (FIXED)

I have two window sets, with 2 Docker panels positioned left and right. The desired layouts are shown in the top two screenshots.

When I switch screensets in the Screensets / Layouts window, the boundary between the two panels is not respected. I end up with the panels in the third screenshot. No, it's not in the centre of the screen.

If I adjust the boundary for the second window set, then select the first one its boundary is wrong.

How can I fix these window sets so that the boundaries are used? Or is it a bug?

Also, I noticed that when switching between them the Navigator window pops up momentarily, undocked, then disappears. That's definitely wrong.

It's a bug. Sizes of each docked window are not remembered correctly, it seems.
