Wrong pointer icon shown on TCP for vertical resizing / reordering
[EDIT: FIXED in 4.31pre1]
Here is a video (320kb QuickTime .mov) showing a bug with the pointer icon in the TCP, when attempting to change the track height. It seems there is a vertical mismatch of one or two pixels between the hit zone for resizing and its corresponding pointer icon. When attempting to resize a track, one can not rely on visual feedback to indicate whether or not one will succeed in doing so. At the top of the track edges, the pointer icon for vertical movement is shown, however, resizing does not work; the track order is affected instead. Bug report thread here, please vote if you can duplicate and care to have it fixed.

I can't reproduce neither this one nor the MIDI note one you reported on XP32. OS related?

Probably. I am on OS X, this happens on every version of OS X that I have tried with REAPER (from 10.5.x to 10.8.x). Will add that to bug report, thanks.

Got it, thanks, this is an OSX rounding bug in SWELL. Should be fixed in the next build!
