4.55 redraw bug
This picture (using 4.55) pretty much says it all. I got this by dragging another window across Reaper. I'm using Windows XP.

4.56 redraw bug
The redraw bug appears to be mostly fixed in 4.56 but I can still cause it to happen to a lesser degree.
