Reaper v4.7: Mouse/Ruler Snapping behaviour?

I've been trying v4.7 and noticed a different mouse/ruler snapping behaviour. It seems I can't no longer just click the mouse wheel to move the cursor ignoring snap in the ruler zone. This was possible at least up to v.4.591 and was very convenient since it didn't require the use of any CTRL, SHIFT or ALT keys.
I've been fiddling with the mouse modifiers but to no avail.
Anyone any ideas?

Yes, this is a regression, although the ignore-snap behavior was never defined anywhere. We should be able to restore the previous behavior for the next build. Thanks for pointing it out.
