Default Reaper Effect Modulation - Constant Random Seed for the LFO

Hi !

I have a question about Reaper modulation effect ability.

As you know, we can modulate with an LFO.
This oscillator can be in random mode.

But how can we make the LFO oscillate always the same way ?
Let me explain,
I want a parameter to be modulated randomly. But not randomly different every time I press play.

I tried to synch to the tempo but with not luck.

Is there any trick that I'm not aware of ?
How would you do ?

Thanks for listening !

Forget it, the SWS action Insert Random points to Selected Enveloppe will be fine

EDIT : It doesn't work --'

I just learned about this a couple days ago, and haven't actually tried it, but I think if you arm the envelope that you are modulating, put it into Write mode, and then play through it from the beginning, it'll capture the random pattern in the envelope. Then switch back to Trim or whatever and disable the PM LFO.

Good info. Glad I did a search before asking the same question. Arm the envelope, Write mode, execute LFO, then go to Read or Trim mode. Cool
