EEL : Merge region under cursor and the next one

Hi guys !

I spend the day creating a new action that I hope you will like !

It merges two consecutive region (a threshold can be set to adjust what we call "consecutive"), and merge name of region 2 next to name of region 1 !

It can be very handy for subtitles workflows
