Project Loading Splash Screen: Show track number of currently loading effect

I find I'm often staring the the project loading splash screen for some time waiting for project to load, and I think it could be helpful to include the information of what track is loading.

This could not only be helpful in diagnosing slowdowns, but also act as a type of indicator to show the current loading progress.

Example:
"Project: loading effect (xx): VST: Effect Name"

Good idea. Could be very useful for easily tracking down buggy plugins too.
