Crash with Lua, 5.15, win7 x64

reaper.CreateTrackSend(MediaTrack tr, MediaTrack desttrInOptional)
Create a send/receive (desttrInOptional!=NULL), or a hardware output (desttrInOptional==NULL) with default properties
