[5.18]&[5.20] Metronome: Type will not change until BPM changed (FIXED)

+Native Reaper functions misbehaving

Metronome: Beat type will not change *until* BPM changed (to any other value)

How to reproduce:

- Open New Project
- Enable Metronome to play during playback
- Beat pattern should default to ABBB (in 4/4 @120bpm)

- Change Beat Pattern to BBBB instead
- Press Play

Expected result:

- Metronome Beat pattern to have no accent (BBBB) when play pressed

What happens:

- Metronome beat pattern still plays as ABBB (with accented A)

How to fix:

- Change BPM to a new value
- Metronome now plays BBBB correctly

(n.b. this seems to have broken in 5.19. I updated to 5.20 but still the same. It may have been like this in earlier versions. I haven't needed BBBB for a while!)

Computer Specs:

Win7 x64 SP1
Reaper 5.19 & 5.20 x64

Can't reproduce this (5.20 x64). Working fine here without BPM change. Just playback start/stop needed (when changing metronome during playback).

Confirmed, thanks! It actually broke in 5.18, fixing.
