Note selection actions do not trigger "CC selection follows note selection" (FIXED)

In the MIDI editor, some note selection actions do not trigger CC selection, even though the option "CC selection follows note selection" is switched on.

In particular, left-clicking or -dragging on the piano keys in the piano roll view does not trigger CC selection, nor do the mouse modifier actions "Select touched notes" and "Select notes touched while dragging".

This hinders the user from, for example, selecting all CCs that fall under notes and removing extraneous CCs that do not fall under notes (in a time selection).

EDIT: I do not think that *all* methods of note selection should trigger CC selection. In particular, it will get very messy if ReaScript functions such as SetNote also trigger CC selection. Instead, I suggest that CC selection needs only to follow standard mouse-based selection methods in the MIDI editor, such as left-dragging on the piano keys or the mouse modifier action "Select notes touched while dragging".

Confirmed for v5.40.

(Although it is probably a different bug, since even plain left-clicking on the note doesn't select any CCs in lane 32. I therefore submitted a separate bug report: MIDI editor: "CC selection follows note selection" doesn't work in CC lane 32.)
