ReaScript: MIDIEditor_GetActive returns incorrect window (FIXED)

The ReaScript function MIDIEditor_GetActive is supposed to "get a pointer to the focused MIDI editor window".

However, when using multiple MIDI editors (Preferences -> MIDI editor -> "One MIDI editor per track" or "... per media item") MIDIEditor_GetActive always returns a fixed pointer, no matter which MIDI editor is focused (or which track or item is selected).

This is a CRITICAL bug: ReaScripts cannot access the correct, focused MIDI editor, and are therefore incompatible with multiple MIDI editors.
