Notation: "Beam selected notes together" action fails (FIXED)

The notation action "Beam selected notes together" fails if notes are selected in multiple tracks:

(In this example, Track 3 is selected and the other tracks are editable.)

EDIT: The action also fails if the notes are in both staves of the Grand staff.
