ReaNINJAM - session saving bug (FIXED)

ReaNINJAM does not save sessions data to a folder path that contains accented characters,
for example:

"C:\Users\Nečerný-DAK\Documents\test-folder\NINJAMsessions"

(also for "Müller" etc.)

Main folder (e.g. NINJAMsessions) is created, also the timestamped folders of sessions ("20170211_2009.ninjam") are created, but not anything inside of them (folders "0" to "f" and clipsort.log)...

Reaper even does not complain when connecting and starting ninjamming, just does not save inside set path :-(

Tested on Win XP CZ, Win7 Pro CZ and Reaper version 5.34 (also on older ones).

Any possibility to fix this bug while there is a little ninjam love detected in the actual pre-release cycle? ;-)

Hmm, after testing te latest version of Reaper (v5.62) today I can confirm that the bug is still there :-(
