Default Dragging of some UI elements unresponsive (macOS) (FIXED)

This appears to be a macOS issue of some sort?

Actual Behaviour:

You can see that clicking and dragging is unreliable.

I've noticed this elsewhere in the UI, however I wasn't logging the behaviour. If/when I notice other locations where this occurs I will try to update this.

Expected Behaviour:

Thanks to karbomusic for the gif. This is the behaviour that I think should be expected.

Very annoying

If you move the mouse slowly, or wiggle it a little, will the cursor change (indicating that the drop will succeed)?

Probably 90% of the time, yes. Moving very slowly or wiggling will trigger the drag.

Sometimes I can't get the drag action to trigger at all though.

I have tried this on Windows since reporting this, and it works much better there.

Yeah I think it's due to macOS's handling of mouse move events, fixing.

Must be a rea l pain having to cater for more than 1 os. ?
Devs kinda have to be doing 3 times the work when there's reaco.os just in waiting to be made public.
1 os that totally optimizes and deals with audio/video/\-+basic net features.
Open to all, cockos on autopilot. =)
