Yes, thank you very much.
This is a big qol improvement. Scrolling in file dialogs is better overall, not just the first column.

I'm working myself into Reascript lately and I've figured something really annoying.
I'm not sure, whether this has been fixed in the prerelease already, but there's an annoying bug in the ReaScript-IDE.
Everytime, when I do textselection of a whole line, stay in that line with the cursor and use the del key, it deletes the current line AND takes the next line and moves it up to the current one.
The normal behavior should be, that it only deletes the current line and that's it, but it seems like it deletes one newline to much.
It should only get the next line up to the current one, when I extend the selection to the beginning of the next line, as all other editors do.
This also happens, when I paste text into it, which leads often to broken code or even codelines moving into comments, when they follow a block of comments.
Especially pasting dozens of lines into the IDE is very annoying because of that...
I would kiss your feet, if you fix that...

Split & Copy Bug ? (FIXED)
AI is glued/looping is enabled.
Envelope points move with Item is enabled.
Make a time selection.
SHIFT + S to split item at time selection.
Control key + Drag the split item to create new track with AI.
Notice the point data in the new AI is from the begining of the copied AI and not where the AI was split! This doesn't happen when AI looping is disabled.
EDIT FIXED 5.50_X64_RC22

Starting to get excited by AI now release date is close.
I dont think I am alone - stayed away from this cycl`s pre-releases as I dont generally use automation that much - simple projects with very little fancy footwork required - but am looking forward to playing with the finished article.
What a mammoth undertaking. After Schwa`s efforts on the notation editor and this, I am left wondering what we will see as the Next Big Thing....

is there a way to select the last envelope point in an item and the next envelope point in an automation lane, and cause them to connect together?
the kind of function i'm looking for is like when you are in a vector illustration program and you want to connect two separate points.

Are you looking for Options->Automation items->"...attach to underlying envelope on both sides"?

Proper area selection, so this wonderful new AI tool can be used as intended.

Deeper, more thorough regression testing, even before beta is released as an RC. That's my dream. But, meh.... That's just lil ole me.
