New note selection actions for notation view in MIDI editor (DONE)
Navigation in a score is currently cumbersome. At least if you use a grand staff and all four voices. The next selected note is rarely the one you want. Therefore I suggest three more actions to navigate within MIDI data:
navigate: select next note in same voice within current staff navigate: select next note within current staff navigate: select next note in same MIDI channel Masi |

js_Navigate - Select next/previous note in same channel/voice |

Cool that we got it in 5.60.
It's only a bit odd that the actions have "notation view" in the name, but in the piano roll doesn't ignore the voice. Without the hint in the name this would be less surprising. IMHO it would be fine if they ignored voice/staff in pianor roll so you can use the same keyboard shortcut for note navigation in both modes. Masi PS: Another idea is to add a "MIDI notattion vew" section. |
