Default Red light comes on when re-sizing faders (FIXED)

here i have a section of a track looped that does not set the "red light" off (you can see a peak level of -0.5 and -0.6 dBFS) but when i adjust the size of the track faders the red light comes on...

newest version of Reaper (5.52), also happens with the previous version.

I believe this has to do with some error in the rendering of Walter code. Because afaik, the colours for the meter including the clip indicator are all part of one image. Thus when resized, the image is being improperly rendered.

This actually affects all meters (and doesn't require a resize), but requires that you have set the meter max value to +0dB in preferences/appearance/track control panels. Looking at a fix now.
