Default Is there a keycommand \ action for deslect all midi notes ?

Hi
There is a mouse modifier for the same
But i couldn't find an action which can deselect all midi notes
can anyone help ?

You can use Edit: Unselect all from the [MIDI Editor] section in the Action List.

There are also some 'Unselect MIDI Note' Actions (like 'Unselect all MIDI notes in selected items') available via ReaPack - https://reapack.com/ - which might be useful.
