Default VST plugin vertical list (Is there a way?) (DONE)

Hi there people , is there a way to view all my vst's in a different window , with a vertical list , kinda like in Fl studio? I am talking about a Vst list in preferences. The horizontal view is so annoying. There has to be a way to add an extension or something like that. Please help.

The plugin list is already vertical by default, isn't it? Do you mean you want it horizontal? (Sorry i'm not familiar with FL). I have seen a post about a script with a pretty neat plugin manager / routing thing, but i haven't used it and i can't remember what it's called or who wrote it. Apologies for the lack of help.

Is there a way to make it more neat in terms of presentation? The way it is now ,is just bad.

There is no way...
Nevertheless you can still copy it to notepad, edit and paste back.

Ah - you mean the way reaper displays the plugin LOCATIONS!
have to say I agree. GFot so used to wrestling with it as a disappearing list I havent had to reosrt to editing it enough for it to get really annoying but YES.
I suspect Justin never envisaged users having such a laundry list of plugin locations as we aer pretty much obliged to use these days, but I have a feeling it weould be a PITA to recode at thsistage.
A tip: I always select copy and save (in a text file) whatever my current plugin location list is, which makes it easy to read and of course you can then edit it and delete the original & replace with a copy of your edited list. Takes way lonmger top describe than to do and it also means you can have a library of files with different setups if you like.
