Default [5.78] Pasting envelope points inside automation item not working properly (FIXED)

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new track
2. Create any envelope (volume, pan, etc)
3. Insert new automation item to the envelope
4. Add few envelope points to the item
5. Copy the points and paste them further in the automation item.

Expected behavior:
Envelope points pasted to the automation item.

Actual behavior:
Envelope points are pasted to underlying envelope.

Windows 7/10 x64, REAPER x32 5.78,5.80

Confirmed. If AI is selected, they should paste into the AI, not underlying envelope.

Hmm I sort of think it should always paste into the AI at the current time, if there is one. And if multiple, it should use the first selected one...
