[5.80] Ruler double-click mouse modifier doesn't work (FIXED)

Mouse Modifiers: whatever I set the Ruler double-click modifier to, it always sets the Time selection. Even setting 'No Action' doesn't change this.

(No Action workaround: create a new empty script, add it to a new empty action, and assign this instead, works).
