Default v5.92 Virtual MIDI keyboard center note is changed when resized

1. Set a center note (in my case C7)
2. Grab the top of the window and resize it.
3. Center note changes for no apparent reason. Also you can't right click C7 to set it as a center note again.

Expected: Center note doesn't change with window vertical size.

Edit: actually it works fine when the horizontal size is smaller but when you have a wide but vertically narrow keyboard this bug appears.

Same bug here (5.963)

Also, certain lower notes cannot be set as center note at all. When tried some other note is set instead.
Behaviour gets more erratic the smaller the keyboard is set. With the keyboard at a very small size, it is completely impossible to set any center note at all.

My approach to recording keys is to use a reaper-vkbmap.txt that contains no semitone at all and adapt the center note to the key I am in.
With this bug, I can only use the virtual keyboard if I leave it rather big.

Not a very good solution ;-(

Yeah, setting center not via rightclick is improved (working fine for up to C8, C9 and upwards is not working).
