Default [v. 5.95] Crash when using Notation:Create/edit tuplet action (FIXED)

Steps to reproduce:
Create track and blank MIDI item in new project
Open MIDI item in notation editor
Create three consecutive eighth notes (grid set to straight eighth notes)
Open action "Notation:Create/edit tuplet..." (I used a toolbar button, but it also happened from the action list)
Change note length to 1/8
Click create button
Reaper crashes

Computer specifications:

- Windows 10 Pro x64 Build 17314
- Reaper 5.95 x64

I did not experience the bug with Reaper 5.94 x64 (I just tested this)
