Null Automation items causes crash

I'm not certain how a null automation item is created. I presume it's because of a pooled AI that loses the date from the original somehow.

The problem comes (read: causes crash) when you copy/move a region with the NULL AI

I'm just bumping this to see if others get the same result.

N.B. this is happening without plugins.

The problem is twofold.
1. I don't think a NULL AI should be able to exist
2. If it does, it shouldn't cause a crash when a region copies/moves the NULL AI

Here's what a NULL AI looks like. I don't know how to recreate this.
