Are you able to send a minimal project that reproduces the crash, to support at cockos?

OK.

I'll try to reproduce the issue with a minimal project and send it to support but I'm afraid the bug appears when the project is complex, folders in folders with several send and receive tracks.

Project sent to Cockos support.
I could'nt find any crash log because I had to force quit Reaper.

I can't get it to crash. Do you have any extensions or scripts running? Maybe something that is choking on the fact that track 2 is hidden?

No scripts or extension running.
I gave it another try and found that's the bug happens only when the external sound and midi cards are on.
