Exporting as MIDI format 0 loses Marker (FIXED)

Hey Guys,

I upgraded Reaper to the latest version(v5.972, 5.973 mac), and I found it introduced a bug:
Exporting to MIDI file in format 0 loses all Un-named markers.

That is:

* Exporting to MIDI format 1 won't lose any markers.
* If the marker has a name, it can be exported correctly, while the un=named markers in the same project won't be found in the exported MIDI file.
