Notation bug - trill noteheads and chords (FIXED)

1)
- create chord of three notes
- add trill to top two notes

BUG - the small notehead is always drawn only for the lowest note

EXPECTED - all notes with trill assigned should have the respective small notehead drawn. Notes with no trill should have no small notehead.

2)
- create chord with two and more TIED notes
- add trill to all of them

BUG - the trill line stops after the first notehead. When there is just a single note, the trill line goes well to the end.
