Default Reaper Custom Action Not Working Properly? (Envelope points won't reset)

So I've just created 6 custom actions that set the selected envelope point(s) to a desired value, from +1 to +6 dB.

1. Envelope: Reset selected points to zero/center
2. Move selected points up a little beat (repeat accordingly)

The problem only happens if I don't wait long enough between those custom actions (like less than 5 seconds), Reaper will skip the reset action and just add the value to the point.
It's not a major problem, but is there a reason or a solution for that?

I don't have a solution but just wanted to confirm. I have to wait almost 1 second before I can repeat the action or it doesn't work as expected as you say.

Win7/ REAPER v5.978 & v5.979 / x64

The intent is to preserve the relative value difference between points when editing, even if the value is clamped to the min/max value, as in this screencap:

But we can change this so the relative values are only preserved when editing via the envelope control panel knob, and not when when using an action:

Hmm... How can I change it then?

The behavior was updated in pre-release v5.979+dev0618 - June 18 2019. Seems to work as expected now.

Just updated to 5.979, got the new behavior (which is really cool by the way), but still no effect whatsoever on my original issue.
