GetMIDIInputName() and macOS

On macOS, the GetMIDIInputName() function does not return updated status unless midi_reinit() is called first.

It works perfectly fine on Windows. Tested with Lua.

Would be great if this could be fixed, especially for deferred scripts where calling midi_reinit() every time to check the status is not practical.
