Option to keep offline items offline even after importing new media (DONE)

Hi,


So you can offline media


But if you import a new item in the project,
they go back online





There is various reason to want to keep media offline, like to handle the 6000+ limit open per project which can happen on MacOS.


It could be nice if items which have been deliberately put offline could stay that way even after importing a new items (or render an item etc).

EDIT: In fact with some Preference settings it seems to works,



(though vijay reports it doesnt work for him, so it has to be tested)

But sur thing, if you render as new take:



then again all files are taken back online. Even if all options are unticked.

After making the inactive takes offline with x-ray M script..when i switch between project tabs..The offline files come back online. Can you pls look into this ?
