Beat decimals missing in transport bar since 5.982? (FIXED)

It seems since 5.982 beat decimals are missing in transport bar. Has this something to do with secondary time unit introduced recently? Am I missing a new setting? Transport bar was set to "use ruler time unit".

Could you please create a new, empty project, make sure displays the problem, and share the RPP?

Fixing, no need to post anything! (this bug affects 32-bit more than 64)
