MIDI Editor: Marquee select in bottom lane selects CC from wrong lane (FIXED)

Small buglet: If the marquee stretches from the upper border of the bottom CC lane, to just slightly under the bottom of that lane, CCs in another lane get selected:

Hmm if this is in a +dev build this should be in the PR forum. Does the same bug exist on 5.983? I find it very difficult to reproduce (I managed to once maybe but haven't been able to since)...

It is an old bug from well before 5.983.

The trick is to draw the marquee just one pixel below the bottom CC lane.
