Default LCS_Mahina_SE

Available on Stash

This is an update of a the LCS_Mahina mod that was based on LCS_Gold that is itself based on Albert's screenshot of his proposed Solaris SSL theme.
The Envelope Control Panel in the TCP comes from White Tie's Imperial theme.

LOL
I think this version is functionally better than the first one.
I think it has most, if not all of the changes we discussed earlier.
I also found a way to solve a couple issues I had with the first one.

happy motoring ;D

Lucas,

I love your work but I see a BIG problem...

There are too many of your creations to choose from!

V6.

This theme though... Holy crap is it nice! this is a fantastic palette for a darker theme. Its beautiful... just wow

Lucas,
I just found this theme and love the look. The only improvement, for me anyway, would be enabling a larger, expandable view of the embedded plugins on the tracks. Like what you did for Luna. Only if you're willing, of course, not trying to pester you.
Thanks!

odd, I thought I added that to this theme when I did the others.

I've worked up a new Expanded FX layout for the TCP and a new FX-Rack layout for the MCP.
I'll post them shortly.

Well this theme is just the bees knees! I have a comment about the meters.

1. In TCP when track height is larger, meters rotate to horizontal and become huge. For me, it makes the rest of the TCP too squished. Is there a way to keep meters vertical? Possibly a bit wider than when TCP is completely collapsed, but vertical so that the rest of the TCP can breathe a bit. Selecting a track becomes difficult when there’s no empty space to click on.

2. Overall, I find the meter brightness a bit dim compared to the rest of the theme. Possible to brighten a bit?

Overall, this is such a great theme. Great work!

I'm having no trouble finding space to click on the select the track at any size.
You can also always click on the track label to select the track.
Single click selects the track, double-click opens the label field for editing the name.
If you really need more room the easiest mod would be to just shorten the meters in the horizontal position.
You can use the Mahina_Meter-Mod_rtconfig file attached to this post.
Rename it to "rtconfig.txt"
- unpack the theme or open it with a Zip/archive app
- replace the the exisiting RTconfig with the one you renamed earlier
- load the theme in Reaper and select the Meter Mod layout.

yes, the easiest method is to:
- open the Theme Tweaker
- type 'meter' in the filter box
- de-select the first entry:" Theme has interlaced VU meters"
- click the Save button and let it overwrite the change.

Another method involves editing the PNG file for the meters.
I suggest you try the Theme Tweaker method first.

Default MCP question

Hey there, just wanted to say I love this theme. I have some questions about the MCP that could be just because I'm a reaper newbie.

Firstly is it possible to see icons at the top of the track in the MCP with this theme?

Secondly, is there a way to stop the tracks in the MCP from stacking onto each-other vertically once there are too many tracks? I would rather scroll through the taller tracks than have them stack on top of each other. Thank you!

1. shoud be. You would enable them the same way as as any other theme.
2. click the manu button right click and open area on the MCP Master track and unselect "Show multpe rows of tracks"
