Default 6.10+ Region wildcard detection rendering bug
REAPER cannot detect correct $region wildcard if there is another region with identical start and end values.

This is fine in version 6.09 but from 6.10 it's broken.

This is a critical bug for me and my team because we are relying heavily on region wildcards.
