FX_WETDRY not sent via osc

Hi Friends,

maybe it´s just me, but sending a value like so:

/fx/wetdry [f] 0.477154

will change the mix of the selected FX in the FX Chain Window.

But the value is not reported back via OSC from reaper when a new FX is focused and the knob on my CS should be updated.

In other Words:

from Lemur i can dial in the dry-wet mix - but if i change it by mouse or select another fx (thereby making the dial show a new value in reaper) nothing is reported to Lemur.

Ah, you may need to increase DEVICE_FX_PARAM_COUNT to include the wet/dry index. Fixing this requirement for the next release.
