[6.13]HTML lists of mouse modifiers possibly have wrong index.

-> chose 'Edit: event properties'

Then

HELP -> Key bindings and mouse modifiers

The list said that 'double click on MIDI note' assigned to 'File: Quit REAPER'.

Also if I set the default for Mouse>MIDI note>double click to certain action/scripts then nothing is shown in the HTML listings for "Default action:".
