WDL/swell: ListView_GetItemText doesn't work on certain REAPER windows (FIXED)

The WDL/swell function ListView_GetItemText works fine on most listview windows, such as the Actions list and the FX Browser.

However, in the case of windows that display information in spreadsheet-like "blocks", such as the Region/Marker Manager and the Track Manager, ListView_GetItemText doesn't appear to return anything.
