Default [bug 6.19] MIDI event list toolbar: Delete does nothing
Delete button, provided in the default MIDI event list toolbar, does nothing.

Create a MIDI Item
Open MIDI event list
Add a note
Hit Delete (default toolbar)

Expected behaviour: deletion of the note
What it does: nothing

Observed on Reaper 6.14/64 on macOS 10.14

I confirm it is fixed in 6.20rc3, but icon is missing.
