New database maintenance functions not working.

The new commands in media explorer
"Scan ALL databases for new files" and
"Remove missing files from ALL databases"
are not working properly.

I made changes to my folder structure, moving files, plenty changes for database.
Running above two commands did nothing. After that I run old commands for single database maintenance, and those found changes and corrected them.

Old commands work fine for single database, the new "ALL" commands don't do anything at all.

Ah, thanks for the report. Because we are currently in RC status, we're going to remove the "all databases" versions of these actions for the 6.19 release.
