Chapter metadata order bug in MP3 render

I just rendered MP3 file of live concert, where in the project I added 18 markers (as CHAP=Song 01, Song 02, etc..).
After rendering I imported the MP3 file back into Reaper as new tab and there are visible names in media item (correctly), but when I open Item source properties wiindow, the order is messed up - I think it has something to do with ordering of one digit vs two digits numbers and maybe adding startin counting from 0 or 1).

Look at the screenshots (original markers in Region Manager vs Item source properties..)

Are the chapters rendered incorrectly, or just displayed incorrectly in the media source properties dialog?

[edit] never mind, I see. The chapters are rendered correctly, but the internal encoding order is unexpected. I don't think this actually affects anything (apart from the source properties display) but we'll fix it anyway.

Just trying latest Reaper v6.19+dev1231 and looking at some earlier changelog for v6.19+dev1226 - December 26 2020 where MP3 chapter encoding was being fixed.

But here are my observations with original MP3 file generated in 6.19 and the new one generated in 6.19+dev1231 loaded back into both versions.

Reaper v6.19 does not display chapters as media cues and then also cannot be imported as cue markers of course, but displays their list (and in correct order) in Source media Info box. (no matter if file is rendered in 6.19 or 6.19+dev12310
