[6.20] 'Jump To Time' not working for times greater than 1 hour (FIXED)

-Create a new project
-Move cursor anywhere past 1:00:00.000
-Double-click timecode
-Click OK, or, enter a new time greater than 1:00:00.000

When OK is clicked, cursor jumps to a (seemingly related) timecode at a position less than 1 hour.

Works properly when a timecode of less than 1 hour is entered and OK clicked.
