Mute env: Reaper crashes after deleting all points in automation items (FIXED)

1) Create a track and a midi item
2) Make Mute envelope visible
3) Draw an automation item
4) Deletes both the start and the end point in automation item
5) Play

Reaper stops responding right before the empty automation item.

I'm on Windows 10 2004 x64, reproduced on a clean install of Reaper. I also had 6.15+dev1026 lying around and I managed to reproduce the bug here as well
