Default [6.3x] - Master meter RMS values reset only for first project tab

I only started noticing this issue around v6.3 when the new RMS/Loudness metering options were added.

When clearing/resetting the maximum RMS/Loudness values from the master meter, either by clicking on it or using the "Clear all peak indicators" action, it only clears the value for the project tab that is in the first position.

For example, if you have two projects open and the project that has focus is the 2nd tab when you clear the peak indicators the sample peak values reset but the maximum RMS values do not. If you then go to project tab 1 you'll notice that the maximum RMS values in THAT project have reset.

It doesn't seem to matter which project is opened first, only the position of the tab. If you rearrange the tabs it is always the project tab in position 1 that resets while all others do not.

I think this is already fixed in the current prerelease builds, but thanks for the report!

Just downloaded the lastest prerelease build to test and can confirm it is working correctly. Thanks!
