Tempo doubling issue with 'Insert tempo marker at edit cursor, w/o dialog' (FIXED)

Hello!

Caught this bug which was not present as of 6.24 but is now:

When the time signature of the most recently inserted tempo/time signature has a denom of 8 (6/6, 3/8, 5/8) running the action 'Tempo envelope: Insert tempo marker at edit cursor, without opening tempo edit dialog' inserts a marker with the same time signature but double the BPM value. Every new one is doubled after that!

The default Shift+C hotkey then hitting enter still works but I'd love not to have to do that!
