Default Note duration bug

Hello, Reaper v 6.27 64 bit, Win 7 & 10.
When the "drawing or selecting a note sets the new note leigth" option is enabled in the options, sometimes the new notes are slightly shorter or longer than the original one

this is not just a visual bug, it is also visible in the event list (but it is quite rare to catch it) that the note lengths don't match. the difference is one hundredth of a fraction

The "sets new note length" option rounds the note length to the nearest 1/32 of the current grid length (in your screencap, 1/32 of 1/16 = 1/512th note), to avoid dependency on the MIDI ppq setting. That rounding is probably not helpful, though.

"The "sets new note length" option rounds the note length to the nearest 1/32 of the current grid length" - Then maybe it's worth doing the same rounding method when drawing a note in the "ignoring snap" mode? As if there is no snap, but in fact it is - something like a snap to a microgrid)))
