Default [SOLVED] Themeing: Meter overlay images dpi-translation issues

Meter overlay images are scaled in pink line areas (and all non-markered areas) in dpi-translated layouts according to system or advanced ui/system tweaks ui scaling, but completely fine obeys yellow lines.

my theme has a lot of rounded elements, and also my meters are rounded inside.
all WALTER elements are works fine (as ready) includes layout_dpi_translation

This is what happens to 100%, 150% and 200% layouts: (only 100 and 200 in examples, but touches 150 too)
i guess that meter_ol_tcp.png and meter_ol_mcp.png must works the same as other theme images, but they don't

this is fine 100% default layout:

This is 200% layout forced automatically by dpi-translation:
meter overlay are scaled 2x for unknown reason, becomes blurry not good
uses root folder overlay image that created for 100% layout

This is 200% layout forced manually without any UI scaling:
meter overlay are technically looks correct, uses root folder overlay image that created for 100% layout
draws fine, but doesn't works for dpi-translation. desired behaviour fo dpi-translation

This is 200% layout forced automatically by dpi-translation:
uses 200% scaled overlay image
image automatically scales 200%, becomes blurry and insane rounded, not good

This is 200% layout forced manually without any UI-scaling
using 200% overlay image. completely desired drawing behaviour, but doesn't works for dpi translation

images, uses for 100% and 200% layouts:
