Default (v6.43) MIDI Editor action View: Zoom to content (FIXED)

In Reaper v6.43, the MIDI Editor action View: Zoom to content doesn't work properly if the editor window is above certain height. Editor window does zoom to content horizontally, but vertically it zooms to the whole note range (0-127).

Steps to reproduce
1. Open a MIDI item in MIDI Editor, insert few notes.
2. Undock and maximize the Editor window.
3. Use the action View: Zoom to content.

Result:
Editor window zooms to content horizontally, but vertically it zooms to the whole note range (0-127).
Expected result:
Editor window zooms to content both horizontally and vertically.

Tested to work properly in v6.42.

I confirm this frustrating bug, which is also present in 6.42. With a 4K screen, it seems to fail if the height of the MIDI editor exceeds half of height of the monitor.

This is sort of a misapplied feature -- there is logic to zoom to the full range if it can fit it all, which makes "zoom to content" work in a more useful way when using note folding. But perhaps it shouldn't work if the majority of notes are visible. Experimenting now with the best solution for this.

It also zooms to full range when the midi item contains one note (or with all notes on the same pitch). That's a bit weird as well.

On a side note, if the midi editor is taller than ~1250 pixels (on Win10x64), Zoom to Content zooms all the way out instead of to content.

Yes, this is the main problem for me. I have a 4K screen and it's like the vertical zoom of the "zoom content" action is broken. Hence it's a pain to quickly edit an item.

Thank you Justin. This is really annoying because, in my config (4K screen with docked MIDI editor), it never fits the content (notes inserted in the media item) in its vertical way, excepted if I divide the height window by a factor of 2, which is not convenient (way too small and not handy).
